Inspection Visits

Whatever your intended site visit or inspection trip, we can help arrange it for you.

Generally inspection trips will cost between 300 and 500 Euros per person, depending on the development, how far in advance travel is booked and the time of year. Sometimes there are special group visits that can be organised at short notice and cheaply. The key thing is to check with us first.

Our pricing policy has always been transparency with no hidden extras, and as such we will never offer "free" or "subsidised" inspection trips (where the price is always built in somewhere else). The travel and accommodation we help arrange for you will be the cheapest possible and offered at cost.

Alkudia Smir - Kabila

Fly from Heathrow to Tangier (Royal Air Maroc).
Take a taxi to the Ramada hotel in Tangier.
Hire a car or take a taxi to the Sofitel Thalassa from where you can get collected and taken directly to the development site for your visit.

Alternatively you can fly to Malaga very cheaply with frequent flights from all major UK airports. Then you can either take a ferry from there to Melilla (one daily), or a helicopter to Ceuta (a Spanish enclave like Melilla). However the border crossing has been a task for some clients.

Hire a car and drive to Tetouan. (If you stay at the Ramada hotel - 25 mins from airport - in Tangier you can hire a car right there). For an easier life you can simply get a taxi from Tangier straight to the Sofitel in Tetouan for only about £30. Alternatively there is a helicopter service from Malaga to Tetouan organised by the developer but again please check with us for latest info.

Saidia

One of the great beauties about Saidia just now is its relative inaccessibility. This is helping to keep prices low. There are currently no direct flights from the UK to Oujda, the nearest airport to Saidia, but this is all set to change in the near future.

Royal Air Maroc operates direct flights between Oujda and Paris, Marseille, Brussels and Amsterdam several times a week. There are plans by the low-cost airlines to fly direct from the UK to Oujda in the near future. Taxis are available from Oujda to Saidia - a distance of about 50km.
